Earlene Fowler
Earlene Fowler was born in 1954 of a Southern mother and Western father. Ms. Fowler was then raised in La Puente, California.
We aren't informed as to what schools she attended or even when she first began writing the now famous 'Benni Harper' murder mysteries, with each book named after a well-known quilt pattern.
One of her novels, titled 'The Fabric Patch' won the Agatha Award. We also know that Ms. Fowler loves quilts (she's also co-authored a book on making them), horses, country music, cowboy boots, and folk art.
Earlene Fowler currently lives with her husband Allen in the Fountain Valley area of Southern California.
