Luisa Buehler
Luisa Buehler was brought up in Berkeley, Illinois (Chicago suburb). Ms. Buehler attended Proviso West High School and received her B.A. in English from Rosary College in River Forest, Illinois.
Luisa Buehler has been an ad-taker for the Chicago Sun Times/Daily News, a salesperson for local advertising with a magazine that later went belly-up, a production assistant for a steel company and later secured a job through someone she knew from high school with Wide Scope Staffing Services. Ms. Buehler was also a volunteer docent for the Brookfield Zoo.
Luisa Buehler used her writing skills with Wide Scope to write the help wanted ads, the marketing pieces, promotional material, resumes and letters to the customers.
Luisa Buehler has also written a number of business articles, short stories, and garden journal pieces. Eventually she wrote her first book, then another. Simultazneously with a publishing contract for her work 'The Rosary Bride', Ms. Buehler also bought the company she'd previously worked for.
Luisa Buehler lives in Lisle, Illinois, with her husband Gerry, their son Chris, and the cat Martin Marmalade. When Ms. Buehler isn't writing, you can probably find her in the garden.
