Kathy Brandt

Kathy Brandt was born in Illinois, but now likes to travel - especially to warm waters...

Ms. Brabndt has a BA in English and an MA in Rhetoric and Composition. She taught non-fiction writing for ten years at the University of Colorado, simultaneously publishing a number of articles in national magazines.

A mystery lover as well as a certified diver often visiting and diving in the British Virgin Islands, it's natural that Kathy Brandt should write about both. Ever since Ms. Brandt read her first Nancy Drew at age 10 she knew she'd be a mystery writer some day.

Kathy Btandt's mystery series featuring diver Hannah Sampson is so far published only in paperback. Ms. Brandt is a member of the Mystery Writers of America, Sisters in Crime, and the Pike's Peak Writers.

Kathy Brandt lives with her husband in Colorado, sailing and scuba diving in the Carribean whenever possible for the past 18 years
