Keith Raffel

Born in Palo Alto, California (sorry, we don't know when) Keith Raffel is obviously a wiz in the computer world. Mr. Raffel founded Upshot, his own software company, which received any number of awards and accolades before it was bought by Siebel Systems.

Unlike a good many other firms which lose their CEO's, founders, etc. when the organization is sold, Keith Raffel still works there as group vice president. I must assume, however, Mr. Raffel expects to eventually write full time.

Keith Raffel has been interviewed by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, PBS, Business Week, and ABC, along with a number of other lesser-known media organizations.
