Laurie faria Stolarz

Laurie faria Stolarz was raised in Salem, Massachsetts, a suburb of Boston famous for the witch trials of 1692.

Ms. Stolarz graduated from the Bishop Fenwick High School in 1990, and went on to attend Merrimack College.

Laurie Stolarz holds an MFA in creative writing (with an emphasis on young adult literature) as well as a graduate certificate in screenwriting - both from Emerson College in Boston.

A member of SCBWI (sorry, we have no idea what the initials stand for) as well as a number of other professional writing groups, Ms. Stolarz teaches writing at a local college and has also written and edited numerous middle and high school texts.

Laurie faria Stolarz is naturally interested in Wicca (given her Salem surroundings) has a cat, is intested in vegetarian food, walking, shopping and interior decorating.

We'll assume Ms. Stolarz still lives in Salem or the Boston area.
